Why I love Rise Against more and more..

Unlike many ‘artists’ and ‘bands’ these days, these guys actually raise valid and meaningful issues from society today.
Their new video for the song ‘Make it Stop (Septembers Children)’ really hit me in the same way the video for ‘Ready to Fall’ did. Things like this are happening everyday which shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Two of my mates are gay, and I wouldn’t change them for the world. I used to be bullied, maybe not homophobic bullying, but I know how much it can crush you in every way possible, it’s taken a long time for me to get my confidence back, but as they say it does get better and we need to be the ones to help. It’s something the people of today need educating about, and I for one love Rise Against even more so for being the ones to do it.
It’s not a decision for them, so don’t ridicule them.
