Last one is agreeable. I hate iPhone rumours because people are always wrong. Apple explained in the very first keynote about the original iPhone that a real keyboard "gets in the way" when you aren't actually using something that needs a keyboard.

The ones that really annoyed me were the iPhone 5 ones recently. I always said there wouldn't be an iPhone 5 but everyone else "knew better", and that it would have these "better features". And look, they were wrong. Mainly, the reason there is no iPhone 5 is because there are only 3 new things (excluding software) that Apple can do...
    1. Make it 2x as fast/thin/shiny/hipstery/awesome (as the last model)
    2. GIve it a better camera
    3. Fix the signal issue

yeah they couldn't put it on the 4g network...

But to be honest, it would be quite a loss. I have heard pretty much nothing about 4G, so I don't have any idea about it. What I do know is that is is ONLY applicable in the USA, and even there it is still very limited. There is NO 4G coverage in Europe, and possibly a small amount in Asia. Although people need to start somewhere, I think Apple will wait until it is more introduced in the world before implementing 4G, mainly so they can make a claim that their phone has 4G. If they did that on an ad now, everyone would be like "wtf is 4g?" and then find out they can only use it in the US.

Um, dude. Think about what you just said, and apply it to each previous "nG" network. The same could be said, but it never hindered them. Just putting that forth.

I agree... but this is Apple. Remember how they didn't put 3G in the first model even though it was readily available and used across most places? In my opinion, Apple work by deliberately missing out really important things, then adding them one by one. It means people go out and buy the new one. The biggest ripoff of a marketing scheme, but it f**king works. I could easily see Apple leaving out 4G in years to come, and then ripping everyone off in the next year with a new model.

yup sounds like their marketing scheme. you hit it right on

you see it everywhere. Notice how the first macbook air was a piece of sh*t, but the second generation has similar power to most of the low-range MacBooks now?
