It's gone again

Clearly some of you arn't happy with what i'm doing on this site, even after me and about 3-4 others were talking about what i posted, and aggreeing that the post was acceptable.
I guess you don't like what i was posting, with my original content, but oh well
'It's human nature to share'
I was, with original things which were completly created by me, so no copyright or anything, and it was being taken down by people here.
What can i do to prevent this from happening a 3rd time? Even after the people i spoke to said it was ok to be posted?
Was it taken down twice simply for saying "don't forget to subscribe!"???

I mean technically that is advertising for your page. However, many people post vids (myself included) from their YouTube pages to share with others. I personally see no problem with you doing this unless you do it really often.

If it was not against TOS no mods should have deleted any of your content. You can use the "Contact Us" link to petition your posts from being deleted. If you feel you have had your content wrongly deleted feel free to say so. However, I trust the mods will use discretion and only ax TOS violations.

one of the people i was talking to said it might have been against the TOS because right at the bottom of the page i said "don't forget to subscribe!" but he said it's alright, and not too bad
so it may have violated, may have not. I don't think it did, but there's a 1% chance it did, so this time i'll just let it slide

Ermm being a mod. I don't see what is wrong with posting 1 or 2 but if you are posting each single video like Ben Churchill is then yes the mod is correct to delete

    no, i posted one vid
    - Fifavids4424 March 4, 2012, 9:06 pm
Then I shall try and find who deleted it

    you can do that?!?
what else can you mod's do?

Not much, just remove posts and comments. The only way the mods themselves can figure out who removed what post, is for the mod in question to say it was them. The admins might be able to track it down, but currently the mods are running on mutual trust.

There are occasional wrong doings admittedly, It only takes one mod (out of dozens) to decide that a post should be removed. So it is possible for a post to be removed without a majority agreement, which I personally believe is a fairly flawed system.
