How to make eye balls!


½ c. butter, softened (1 stick)
1 lb . confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
½ c. chocolate chips
1 tube red decorator gel

Cream butter and conf. sugar together. Add vanilla and blend thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place a chocolate chip point-side down into the top of each eyeball. Refrigerate on waxed paper for 30 minutes. Use decorative gel to make “bloodshot” lines on each eyeball. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
