Cookie Clicker Comparison

I can't remember who first posted this goddamn game, but it's taken over my life. My computer has had a window open with cookie clicker on it for ages,and it's getting intense.

I want to get some comparisons and techniques, see how anyone is getting some top numbers and what's worked for them so far.

    It stayed open on my computer for 2 weeks straight, would have been more but someone crashed into a power pole and killed my power for a while and I never bothered reopening it.

    this game is taking over sharenator!!

    i stopped playing it a few days after i started though, managed to escape with my sanity and still had a decent amount of cookies to eat :D

    I've hit the beta for the dungeon, so now it's two tabs open in a side window, lol. Got teh console command running on the script, so now I can use the arrows to navigate the dungeon, neat concept, but needs work on the levels and such. Now it's a number crunching RPG.... fuck my life!

    The heavenly chips are great, but they start at 1 trillion, and you need the previous amount required, plus 1 trillion more for another chip.
    1 trillion = 1
    3 trillion = 2
    6 trillion = 3
    10 trillion = 4
    15 trillion = 5

    1.6 quadrillion got me 57 for my first reset, wish I had left it for another day.

    What about the grandmapocalypse? Do you bother using the red cookies or not?

    I've become more prone to appease them for an hour when I'm actualy using my computer with the cookie clicker on my side monitor, but will sometimes leave the red cookies in as well. You can leave it on the menu screen, and when a red cookie appears, click save, get the cookie, and if it is a negative outcome, reload and voila, either regained cookies from ruin, or no more clot!

    it doesn't really matter, the golden cookies/red cookies are more for the achievements, that boost your milk giving you huge CpS increases. Ruin/Clot don't matter much in the long run. I just let the grandmapocalypse go and idle in the background.

    I beg to differ, the red cookies have been useless for getting any good cookie chains, and paying the fee to get the golden cookies back for an hour, pays off quickly. I'm officially done all of the achievements and have started again, now I'm in the legacy mode.As for only being there for achievements, the golden cookies can help you get DAYS Worth of cookies in a matter of minutes or so. I've basically utilized the cookies now so that when I am using my computer, I pay for the golden cookies for a bit, and just take a peek for the golden cookies whenever I'm fuckin around. Getting a multiplier of X7 for 154 seconds, and then getting the X777 click for 26 second during thats, basically gives you quadrillions of cookies in seconds.

    Ruin destroys 10 minutes worth of cookies (useless for stopping you really, only there to piss you off if you HATE losing cookies) and clot does the same thing, just not all at once, over the 2 minute period instead.

    This game is totally an de-evolving method of play, the bigger you get, the more slack you can become, lol.

    Play the dungeon yet at all?

    Yeah you get more if you click and stuff but I'm just not that dedicated. lol No I haven't played the dungeon yet.
