You have the Skype add-on for your browser. It is set to recognize all types of phone numbers to make it easier for you to call. For some reason Skype thought 705 was a phone number.
If you use Chrome (or another Chromium Based browser), click the wrench/spanner icon (normally top right) and look for "Options". Then click "Extensions" on the left. Where you see "Skype click to call" in the list, either disable it or click uninstall. It's pretty pointless. I don't know of anyone who calls via Skype from websites that frequently they need an add on. What happened to Copy/Paste?
If you use another browser, the easiest option is to go Add/Remove programs and below/near Skype in the list, there will be a program called "Skype click to call Addon" or something. Removing this should uninstall it from all browsers you have (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc)
