So sushi isn't raw fish... its slice raw fish... well fuck me sideways i guess i was wrong >.>

You read wrong, any dished served in or on vinegared rice. The fact that sashimi is a popular topping is irrelevant.

shaving doesnt effect hairgrowth? bullshit. the hair that grows back is darker. ive tested this on a girl that thought it was bullshit when i was a kid. she had light blonde hair on her arm and upper lip. very light, like peach fuzz. i told her to shave in spots. guess what? when the hair grew back, it was noticably darker than the rest of her stache. she bleached the dark spot to make it not noticable. it's very vague and probably wont work if your hair is light thin and blonde to begin with (she was a brown haired girl, the hair she shaved was light light blonde. "they" also say wearing a hat cant mess with your hair thickness (constant rubbing). then explain to me why the outside of my legs are bald? im italian, thick black hair... and i always wear bluejeans. the denim rubs the outside of my legs when i walk... the rubbing keeps wearing the hair down, it eventually stops growing back... the hat thing wont happen as fast because whos hat is constantly rubbing their head? but its possible...

the sushi one is half right. in america it is illegal to serve raw fish, so they heat the fish really hot and let it cool. or smoke it and serve it cold. but in japan, sushi is actually raw. (i knew a sushi chef that lived in japan most of his life)

    other than those, good article.

Think you missed the point of the sushi one: that sashimi is the name for raw fish dishes and sushi the name for rice dishes that can but do not always contain raw fish. At least that's how I read it.

sushi can contain raw fish. sashimi is typically a slab of "raw", usually on a cube of rice. sushi is typically a roll. but some sushi does contain "raw" fish. but again. it is illegal to serve raw fish in america, so they sear it in a toaster like divice, then let it cool. but in japan it is raw.

It might grow back darker because of hormonal change. It stopped growing and then when it was cut started growing again. It still doesn't affect it. It's been proven.

shaving makes it have to re-grow.

after it re-grows its a different color. (because of hormones or whatever, doesnt matter, this isnt the issue)

if it was never shaved, it would have never re-grew, and therefor would still be blonde.

therefore: shaving caused the hair to be darker than it was.

Under the skin it would be the color that came out so it would be that color. the hair would still come out eventually and be darker. Also this was when you were a kid so of course it's gonna be different your growing still.

well if shaving affects your hairgroth why arend all the bald people shaving their heads when their hair is getting thinner? I mean it should grow back thicker right?
    that is stupid

maybe when you are a child or sometimes already grown up and you shave the first time you think it comes back thicker and darker and whatever
but after a while it doestn
some people think it does because when u cut hair it is "sharp" and when you let it grow a bit it gets smoother so when hair is starting to grow it feels stronger because it it shorter and sharp

You just repeated what the article said about Sushi.

As for hair, it does not grow back thicker, it just doesn't have the top layer of peach fuzz that all hair starts out as. So while the hair might look thicker, it is the same hair, just you cut off the original thin peach fuzz layer.

Thank you I didn't know how to explain it that well.

Why are you being so narrow minded??? It's raw practically everywhere else in the world, not just Japan!!
Sorry, but everyone saying this sort of started to piss me off.
